Basics of Longdraw Spinning
Kristin Renk
Saturday 9:30, 2 Hours
Class Fee: $35
Class Capacity: 10

This class will go over how to prep fibers for woolen spinning, how to spin using supported long draw drafting, and other methods of prep for such method. Spinners will need to be able to spin and have basic knowledge of their spinning wheel. Spinners must also bring their own wheel to class. Hand carders would be nice to bring if the spinner has a pair. Some carders will be available to borrow. Different fibers will be available for spinners to try their newly learned technique.
Students should bring a working spinning wheel they are comfortable spinning on.
